After receiving my under graduation in Computer Science Engineering, it has introduced me to a diverse subject combination that has espoused my love for Math and applied science and opened up a universe of endless application possibilities of this amazing field of study. Hailing from a family of business people, I grew up witnessing a steady stream of up-scaling of work and internationalization of the trade. This motivated me to expand my knowledge in the management/business field along with the technical field and MS Management Sciences at UT Dallas was the perfect fit for me. The icing on the cake is its flexible and diverse course structure.

This program helped me to diversify my skill set by taking subjects from different domains including International Business Management, Accounts, and Business Analytics. The program gave me opportunities to connect to people of various backgrounds and the university’s resources are very helpful in achieving my goals. I am certain that enrolling in this program was one of my best decisions and I am sure that it would not only flourish my future but also help me become a better version of myself. If you have any questions, I would be happy to assist you and looking forward to seeing you around the campus!

Shrutik Dode – Class of 2020

When I decided I wanted to pursue my masters I was bombarded with so many options. Choosing the right option was a tremendous challenge since I had been a working professional and had left my student life behind many years ago. I wanted a degree plan which would give me the freedom to choose courses from both technical and business domains and not restrict myself to a specific track. MSc program was a perfect fit for me. Additionally, as MSc is a STEM program, it gave me the option to have hands-on industry experience after completing my degree. The Program has a lot to offer in terms of career fairs, personal guidance from the professors and non-teaching staff, networking opportunities, resume workshops, etc. I have had the privilege of serving as a Teaching Assistant and was honored to receive in-state tuition scholarship. I am indebted to MSc Program at the Jindal School of Management and want to give back to my school by helping prospective students make an informed decision about joining the program. Please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist you. I look forward to hearing from you.
