With the number of managers furloughed without pay during the pandemic, it is no surprise overall salaries remain flat for 2020. Nearly half of the respondents reported increased salaries, however this was less than the previous year, when 62% reported a salary increase. The good news is that only 9% of respondents experienced a decrease, which is good news in a tough year.
