Vaibhav Deshmukh – Class of 2022
I pursued the MS Supply Chain Management at UT Dallas based on my extensive work experience for more than 6 years, as well as my college projects, internships, and of course passion towards supply chain. My first 5+ years tenure was in Mahindra and Mahindra Group where I was placed in campus placement in the Supply Chain department. I got a firsthand experience of handling procurement, planning, operations, project management and simultaneously analyze and improve my work while working on many high priority customer projects. I also got a chance to work for some sustainable energy related projects. Addition to regular buying work, I led the Engineering Change Management digitization project. While leading project management activities, I got a good exposure across all departments, and it also helped in building on networking skills. I am also a recipient of several certifications like Mahindra PPAP certification and Mahindra Six Sigma Yellow belt certificate.Email Vaibhav
